# 1: tuto pastry cake heart, sugar paste decorations

The pastry is an integral part of our daily lives, I like making cakes! I definitely less time with Girafon Petit, but I I y harnessed over time!
Today, I present to you my first cake with sugar paste decorations, which I did for our wedding anniversary. Sugar paste is really superior! Easy to work with and available ad infinitum! Here it is adopted and already thousands of ideas for my next success!

Heat, without boiling, liquid cream, then pour it on your chocolate into pieces. Mix well.Cut the cake in half, then spread one half of the ganache, cover with the second half. Then, ice your cake ganache!For the dough, before you wash your hands well not try. Sprinkle the work surface with icing sugar. Kneed the dough sugar, then spread it rather finely but not too much, to be able to manipulate.Place it on the cake. Then trim the edges, leaving a bit of margin. Fold this small margin under the cake.Roll out dough sugar blue, blow away the excess icing sugar. Cut out circles of different sizes. And so vote on white paste!To make the roses, it's easy! Cut strips more or less well, according to the desired size, then wrap them!To paste objects in sugar paste, moistened slightly each item before you place it.And voila! Let your imagination go!
