China Ming Yang wind energy (NYSE: mia) ("Yang Ming" or the "company"), today announced that its subsidiary, Guangdong Mingyang Wind Power Group Limited ("Guangdong Mingyang"), has signed a framework agreement (the "agreement") with Speranta & success S.A., leader in the development of renewable energy in Romania.
