Fitch Ratings says the Dominican Republic to ' B '; Outlook stable

Fitch Ratings has affirmed the following reviews for Dominican
Republic:

-Long-term foreign currency issuer Default Rating local (IDR) at
' B '; Outlook stable;

-Short-term Foreign Currency IDR at ' B ';

-The country ceiling to ' B + '.

KEY DRIVER RATING

Dominican Republic stable ratings and Outlook are supported by its
diversified and resilient economy, high per capita income, track record
macroeconomic stability and continuous access to the loan officer and
international capital markets. These strengths are balanced against
structural weaknesses in the tax accounting as a narrow revenue base
