Torta de Nata or Portuguese Custard Tart

For those who have not followed, PapaGirafe is Portuguese and Portuguese dessert is very sweet, is fat and is full of eggs ... but it's too good! For her birthday PapaGirafe wanted a bit of Portugal with us. Wanted a smooth cake with cream same as the famous pastéis de Nata. The result was at the height of his hope! A bit sweet for me being a sweet bec, but anyone who loves sweet sugar not too rich, but this is a recipe that I will be redoing and so I want to share with you, which occurs in the Cook in or Thermomix:-)ingredients: 1 shortbread House or turned yolks 5-250 g-100 g of milk cream-170 g of sugar-stick-50 g of flour-1 cannellePlacer the whisk blades of Cook in. Pour into the bowl of milk, cream, sugar, flour and egg yolks. Mixer 10 seconds at speed 4 Add cinnamon stick. Set 18 minutes at 90° C.Al the end of cooking, remove the cinnamon stick.Preheat the oven to 180° C. Spread the shortbread and place it in a pan, then pour the cream on top.
